DULUTH, Ga., Aug 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Delta Apparel Inc. (AMEX: DLA) will report fourth quarter and fiscal year 2001 results after the close of market on Thursday, August 16, 2001.

The Company will hold a conference call on Friday, August 17, 2001 at 10:00 AM EST to discuss its quarterly and annual financial results, business highlights and market outlook. In addition, the Company may answer questions concerning business and financial developments and trends and other business and financial matters affecting the Company, some of the responses to which may contain information that has not been previously disclosed.
