Our Vertically Integrated Manufacturing Platform

At Delta Apparel, we have a vertically integrated manufacturing platform and manufacture the majority of the products we sell utilizing company-operated facilities. Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located in the U.S., Mexico and Central America, giving us speed with which we can reach our markets.

We knit, dye, finish and cut our fabric at Ceiba Textiles, a state-of-the-art facility near San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Our garments are sewn in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, San Salvador, El Salvador, and Campeche, Mexico, as well as in Fayetteville and Rowland, North Carolina.

We also source fabric, undecorated products and full-package products from independent sources throughout the world and use outside contractors for textile and sewing production. This allows us to appropriately leverage our internal production while giving us the flexibility we need to stay innovative with our products to meet the needs of consumers.

Our Strategically Located Distribution Facilities

Our products are distributed from our facilities strategically located throughout the United States. We offer same-day shipping for our catalog products and weekly replenishments to retailers. To better serve our customers, we allow our customers to order products by the piece, by the dozen, or in full case quantities.
